Question,
I want to communicate to an object through a private channel by touching another object. for instance touching this button to move that prim up three meters. I have created the script for me to type on a private channel through open chat but I cant seem to figure out how to have the other object talk on private channel to the other object. Make sense?
thanks,
Dan

Hee, Quartenions give EVERYONE headaches!

This looks like a wonderful tool to allow Joe and Jane Avatar to just make the usual simple things they want their creations to do. LSL is not a particularly hard language to learn (I learnt it, and I'm rather computer illiterate, to be honest). But the average person who just wants to have fun shouldn't have to sit down for the requisite week before being able to just Have Fun. I think this creates an entry level for LSL that didn't exist before.

It actually works pretty well, too. I gave it a quick go around this afternoon and made a simple script to control a butterfly that flits around a home position. The Quaternion math this involves has always given me headaches with regular LSL. :) It is missing many of LSL's commands and features but it's a great start and great way for anyone to get started with scripting. I think I will post a demonstration/tutorial video later this week.
