Here’s a pretty spiffy bit of Machinima featuring the people and places of Caledon:

This is a great idea for a short film! What happens when your avatar gets control of your SL client menu?

Autopilotpatty Poppy is a RL artist and accomplished SL photographer. You can see her latest work, entitled Moon Over Caledon, at the Duchy Kyntire. It just up the hill from the TP arrival spot. I’m a big fan of Patty’s work and this ‘behind the scenes’ image is my new favorite. :)
Miss Poppy says that during the photo sessions for these pieces she learned : “Naked men do not like to sit near each other. We women, we love it! Oh, wait, to sit by naked women…:)) well, .. er…nvrmnd.. “
More pics from our 4th freeform building session. Had quite a few onlookers this time around, some a bit too shy to build I think. :) Maybe next time they will join in the fun.
I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how much fun this Collabrication is. So great to just relax and build without worrying about prim counts or if the creation in turning out ‘right’. There is no right. hehe Plus, there is quite a bit of creative inspiration going around. Great ideas and energy coming from the group!
All of these spiffy creations will be rezzed until this weekend, so stop by and have a look-see if you are so inclined. You can even add your own ideas to the mix. Next sessions will be SAturday the 13th at 11am and Sunay at 5pm SL time. See ya there.
We had a blast tip-toeing through the virtual tulips today as we Collabricated along with Mother Nature. Lots of floral themes, a few trees, some mushrooms, and one giant sammich eatin’ ant. :)
Working with everyone today really gave me a creative boost, inspired we to work on some new fantasy based flowers and plants for my FloraPrims store. It also reminded me how excited I was when I discovered Fallingwater’s flowers in my early days of SL explorations. There are so many graceful, natural, delicate curves hidden in those seemingly simple prims. Thanks to Sindy, teeg, aaron, Corcosman, Dragger, Razitra, Ina, Maximillien, and everyone else who joined us today.
Our next session is tomorrow (sept 7th) at 5pm slt time. Come on down and join us!
